MEARS WAS A DAU. OF THE LATE WILLIS AND CLARA SHAFER PITTENGER,
AND WAS BORN IN JERSEY COUNTY, APRIL 23, 1884. HER AGE AT THE
TIME OF DEATH WAS SIXTY-SIX YEARS, ONE MONTH AND SEVEN DAYS. THE
DECEASED IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND; TWO SONS, CLARENCE MEARS OF
ST. LOUIS AND RAYMOND MEARS OF GREENFIELD; TWO DAUGHTERS, MRS.
CAMILLE BAUMGARDNER OF FREEPORT, AND MRS. HELYN HOWARD OF
SYLVANIA, OHIO; SIX GRANDCHILDREN; ONE BROTHER, EARL PITTENGER
OF GRAFTON, AND ONE SISTER, MRS. MABEL JOURNEY OF CARROLTON. THE
BODY WAS TAKEN TO THE HOME OF MR. AND MRS. CHARLES OVERMEYER IN
GRAFTON WHERE FRIENDS CALLED FROM FOUR O'CLOCK THURSDAY
AFTERNOON UNTIL ELEVEN O'CLOCK FRIDAY MORNING. AT THAT TIME THE
BODY WILL BE MOVED TO THE METHODIST CHURCH IN GREENFIELD WHERE
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD THIS AFTERNOON (FRIDAY) AT

OCCURRED BEFORE MEDICAL HELP ARRIVED. THE DECEASED WAS A DAU. OF
THE LATE EDWARD AND EMMA PAINTER ALDRIDGE AND WAS BORN IN GREENE
COUNTY, FEB. 23, 1894. HER AGE AT THE TIME OF DEATH WAS
FIFTY-SEVEN YEARS, TEN MONTHS AND TWENTY-SIX DAYS. SHE IS
